　　狀態：寶寶會覺得一點點刺癢，不是單純的癢而已，尤其是有摩擦的時候。
　　護理要點：要是得了痱子的話最好用溫水擦拭下新生兒的身體，然後要保證室內空氣流通。給剛出生的寶寶洗澡後最好是給他擦一些痱子粉，如此一來就可以讓痱子退了。
　　第三、膿皰
　　病症表現：出生剛滿周的寶寶皮膚褶皺處有些皰，有些地方感覺是膿，很多時候也會破，破了後聞起來臭臭的，但是患膿瘡也是有輕重的，要用不同的方式來治療。
　　發病原因：傳染性的皮膚病，肯定是因為皮膚有細菌。要是剛出生的寶寶有個傷口的話，那么就非常容易感染細菌。
　　寶寶狀態：癢和痛都會有，嚴重者還伴隨著發燒、吐、拉肚子。
　　護理要點：要第一時間去看醫生，膿包是比較嚴重的，靠自己好是比較困難的，同時會傳染，要是不給寶寶用藥的話，覆蓋的面積會越來越大。要是剛出生的寶寶皮膚上出現膿包的話，最好是在有太陽的時候把寶寶的衣物全部消毒一遍，然後在太陽下曬，同時消毒的時候不能直接接觸，戴上口罩、手套。

1.祛湿藿香/茵菊泡茶饮

清凉绿豆汤：准备绿豆30g，芦根9g，生甘草3g，先将芦根、甘草用纱布包好，加水适量与绿豆同煮5~10分钟，去药包后饮用就可以了。
二豆薏米粥：二豆薏米粥也是不错的选择，做法也很简单，将赤小豆、绿豆、薏米、大米适量，一起下锅煮粥食用即可。
新鲜凉拌菜：糖友可以做一些有清热解暑功效的凉拌菜，如鲜马齿苋、鲜鱼腥草、鲜穿心莲、鲜紫背天葵、鲜苏叶等(有降糖功效的最适宜)，清水洗净后用开水焯一下凉拌着吃。
3.开胃防暑和胃饮
长夏气候炎热，人的消化功能相对较弱，加上这时不少人喜欢待在空调房里吹空调，穿梭于空调与闷热环境中，冷热不调，罹患夏季暑湿感冒。或者通过大量喝冰镇啤酒、吃冷饮等方式来消暑，最容易发生胃肠道疾病，没有胃口吃饭等。
这时不妨泡一杯具有解表祛暑、调和肠胃的功效的防暑和胃饮。

夏至养心清暑，首先推荐夏至三叶茶，分别是荷叶、竹叶、薄荷叶。
三叶茶：夏至的时候可以三叶合泡(每种3~5克)或者任选其中的一种(荷叶、竹叶用5~10克，薄荷叶5克即可)泡茶喝，有非常好的清心火、养心和消暑的作用。难以接受苦味茶的糖友，可以用绿豆饮代替。
5.安眠枸杞菊花茶
遇到糖尿病引起的高血压、高脂血症，如头晕、心烦、易躁、睡眠不佳等症状时，适合喝一杯枸杞菊花茶。
枸杞菊花茶：准备菊花15克、枸杞子10克、草决明15克、白芍12克、玉米须10克、月见草子15克;加1000毫升水，煮15分钟后取汁;再加500毫升水，煮10分钟后取汁，两种汁混合饮用。
